Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber talent across Sandah. Partner with hiring managers, run mass recruitment campaigns, and use data to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience. Contribute to broader people initiatives, including talent management, engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and craft clear, inclusive job descriptions.

Plan and execute mass recruitment campaigns for multiple functions and locations.

Build and manage talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, acceptance rate) to optimize processes.

Ensure a stellar candidate experience and consistent employer branding across all touchpoints.

Maintain accurate documentation in trackers/ATS and ensure compliance with company policies.

Support talent management and employee engagement activities in coordination with HR Business Partners.

Assist with organizational development projects, including training coordination and competency frameworks.

Prepare periodic hiring reports and insights for leadership.

Time-to-hire and time-to-fill within agreed SLAs

Quality-of-hire and hiring manager satisfaction

Offer acceptance rate and first-90-day retention

Pipeline health and diversity of candidate sources

Candidate experience scores/feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements Must-Have

3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition; microfinance/financial services background preferred.

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and tools (job boards, LinkedIn, ATS/trackers).

Strong interviewing skills and assessment techniques (competency-based/behavioral).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage mass hiring and work to tight deadlines across multiple requisitions.

Fluency in English; strong business writing skills.

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with organizational development, training programs, and engagement initiatives.

Experience building employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing content.

Knowledge of HR analytics and dashboarding (e.g., Excel pivots, basic data visualization).

Exposure to onboarding program design and continuous process improvement (e.g., SOPs).
