Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Talents when requested by Management
  • Track all news related to industry and generate reports on daily & weekly bases from online sources
  • Search for Talents through different channels including online platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and others and evaluate each talent.
  • Secure commercial opportunities including sales, product placements, endorsements, and collaborations.
  • Develop and implement marketing, PR, and branding strategies for talents.
  • Help in searching for music, gather information related to talents and songs from different producers on regular basis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with production houses, brands, and industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Media, casting and Business development) to maximize exposure and opportunities for talents.
  • Handling Talent schedule and activities
  • Assist in managing various tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Fluent in Arabic with an excellent command of English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in talent management or media industry
  • Good relations with Production houses and actors and good knowledge in A&R is a plus.
  • Strong network and connections with production houses, agencies, and industry professionals
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented work approach and work ethic
  • Has a strong editorial judgement
  • Flexible to travel
