Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling with candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, and hiring managers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Interest in recruitment, people engagement, and talent sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
