Roles & Responsibilities

Job Contents:

A detail-oriented position to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management programs and initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and workforce analytics. This role will help drive a data-informed approach to talent decisions that align with organizational goals.

Description:

  • Provide operational and analytical support for the Performance Management cycle, including KPI setup, performance review coordination, moderation data analysis, and performance reporting to ensure effective monitoring of employee and departmental performance.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the Company s Competency Framework by reviewing competency libraries, role-based proficiency requirements, competency assessments, and gap analysis to ensure organizational capability readiness.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Career Path frameworks by mapping job families, defining vertical and lateral career progression routes, and aligning employee development opportunities with approved career growth pathways.
  • Support the implementation of Succession Planning processes for critical and leadership positions by maintaining successor pools, tracking readiness levels, coordinating talent assessments, and monitoring development actions for identified successors to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Contribute to Workforce Planning activities by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining workforce data related to headcount, critical roles, future manpower requirements, internal talent availability, and organizational capability gaps to support strategic manpower decisions.
  • Coordinate Talent Review exercises and support the identification of high-potential employees through analysis of performance, potential, competency, and readiness indicators to strengthen the Company s internal leadership pipeline.
  • Support leadership and talent assessment initiatives, including competency-based assessments, 360 feedback, talent calibration data, and readiness evaluations, to provide objective input for development and succession decisions.
  • Generate and analyze periodic Talent Management dashboards and reports covering performance trends, competency gaps, succession readiness, career progression, workforce metrics, and talent development indicators to support management decision-making.
  • Provide employees with career development guidance, tools, and information to enhance awareness of internal career opportunities, development requirements, and progression expectations within the Company.
  • Support the execution of organizational development and talent initiatives by ensuring integration between Performance Management, Competency Framework, Career Pathing, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, and Workforce Planning as one connected talent management system.
  • Prepare data, reports, and documentation required for audits, management committees, business cases, annual budgeting, and strategic HR presentations related to Talent Management initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement, policy enhancement, and internal knowledge sharing to strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of Talent Management practices across the Company. Operational
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Asset Management, QHSE Management System and IT Security Standard Requirements according to Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO 55001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 27001 to carry out the assigned duties as per the roles and responsibilities matrix.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prefer CIPD/PHR/SPHR, Diploma or equivalent

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR analytics, talent management
