Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
- Supervise employee learning & development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Lead the performance appraisal cycle and provide guidance to managers on talent-related decisions.
- Support workforce planning to align talent capabilities with business needs.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost motivation and retention.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and build leadership pipelines.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide reports on talent management effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on talent management.
- Proven experience in the real estate sector is a must.
- Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and L&D best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
