Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
  • Supervise employee learning & development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Lead the performance appraisal cycle and provide guidance to managers on talent-related decisions.
  • Support workforce planning to align talent capabilities with business needs.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost motivation and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and build leadership pipelines.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide reports on talent management effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on talent management.
  • Proven experience in the real estate sector is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and L&D best practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
