Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems
Support users with basic troubleshooting and IT requests
Help in documenting IT procedures and system updates
Collaborate with the IT team on daily operations and projects

Saudi national (Tamheer eligibility)
- Saudi national (Tamheer eligibility)
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
