Job Title: TMO Coordinator Trainee

Role Summary:

The trainee will support the Transformation Management Office (TMO) in day-to-day operational and coordination activities, while gaining hands-on experience in project management, reporting, and organizational governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update periodic reports and project status dashboards
  • Coordinate TMO meetings and committees, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Monitor and maintain TMO platforms and systems (e.g., Airtable), ensuring data accuracy
  • Organize and archive TMO documents, templates, and records
  • Support the application of project management methodologies and governance practices
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
