Job Title: Tank Welder

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Tank Welder for the fabrication and welding of fuel tanks, storage tanks, pressure vessels, and tanker bodies. The candidate should be proficient in welding techniques and capable of producing high-quality welds as per engineering drawings and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding on fuel tanks, tanker bodies, storage tanks, and fabricated structures.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, welding procedures, and specifications.
Carry out MIG, TIG, ARC, and FCAW welding as required.
Ensure weld quality, leak-proof joints, and dimensional accuracy.
Conduct repair and maintenance welding when necessary.
Follow safety standards and quality requirements during fabrication activities.
Coordinate with fabrication, fitting, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Inspect welded joints and rectify defects as required.

Required Skills:
Experience in tank fabrication and tanker body manufacturing.
Knowledge of MIG, TIG, ARC, and FCAW welding processes.
Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
Understanding of welding quality standards and inspection requirements.
Familiarity with grinding, cutting, and fabrication tools.

Qualification:
ITI Welder / Fitter or equivalent qualification preferred.
Welding certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:
310 years of experience in tank welding, tanker fabrication, fuel tank manufacturing, pressure vessels, or heavy fabrication industries.
