Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain tape edge machines, ensuring smooth and consistent tape application to mattress borders.
- Perform quality checks on taped edges, identifying and correcting any defects like loose tape or uneven seams.
- Set up machines according to specific mattress specifications, adjusting settings for different materials and thicknesses.
- Load and unload mattress components onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and material handling.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a basic level of education and understanding.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with tape edge machines.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor machine adjustments.
