Roles & Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Accountant & Financial Auditor to manage the company s tax compliance, review financial statements, and ensure accuracy in all accounting and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will handle both taxation and internal audit functions to support sound financial management and compliance with Egyptian regulations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.) in compliance with Egyptian tax laws.
  • Review and audit financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Estimate and track tax returns.
  • Complete quarterly and annual tax reports.
  • Organize and update the company s tax database.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
  • Prepare for the tax inspections with the tax consultant's guidance.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all tax and audit-related matters.
  • Ensure timely updates on changes in local tax laws and financial regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and/or financial auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and accounting standards (IFRS / Egyptian GAAP).
  • Excellent command of Excel.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with Saudi or UAE tax regulations is a plus.
