Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file federal and state tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Conduct thorough tax research to identify potential deductions, credits, and opportunities for tax savings tailored to individual client situations.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather required documentation and provide expert advice on tax planning strategies that align with their financial goals.
  • Review financial statements and accounting records to ensure accurate reporting and proper tax treatment of various transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or EA are highly preferred, as they demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in tax accounting or a related area, showcasing a proven track record in tax compliance and strategy.
  • Experience working with diverse client portfolios, including individuals and businesses, illustrating versatility in tax matters.
