Roles & Responsibilities
They will independently handle selected client requests for our firm and advise them on corporate restructurings and international tax matters:
- Project management in corporate tax law
- Focus on restructuring, corporate succession, corporate transactions and international tax law
- Preparation of short expert reports and client presentations, as well as participation in client meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Do you want to focus your work on tax planning advice and advise clients on special projects? Your (interest) lies in the areas of restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, international tax issues, and general corporate tax law.
