Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert tax consultancy services to clients, ensuring compliance with Egyptian tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and file corporate and individual tax returns accurately and on time.
  • Analyze clients financial documents to identify tax-saving opportunities and minimize liabilities.
  • Advise clients on the tax implications of business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and stay updated on changes in local and international tax legislation.
  • Represent clients during tax audits, investigations, and negotiations with tax authorities.
  • Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies tailored to clients business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support tax positions and recommendations.
  • Deliver training and guidance to junior staff on tax compliance, best practices, and regulatory updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in tax consultancy, advisory, or a related accounting field.
  • Proven expertise in Egyptian tax laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience representing clients before tax authorities is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
