Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage UAE VAT compliance including registration, returns, reconciliations, and FTA submissions
Lead UAE Corporate Tax compliance, impact assessments, and implementation
Advise management on FTA regulations, updates, and tax implications
Handle FTA audits, queries, clarifications, and assessments
Review contracts, transactions, and business structures from a tax perspective
Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors
Prepare tax reports, workings, and management presentations
Support tax planning, risk mitigation, and process improvements
Manage E-Invoicing and ESR compliance, along with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in UAE VAT & Corporate Tax
Strong working knowledge of UAE FTA laws, guidelines, and EmaraTax portal
Experience handling multi-entity/group structures preferred
Exposure to tax audits and advisory assignments
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
