Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

We are hiring a Tax Executive to support group-wide tax compliance and reporting across multiple sectors, including automotive, retail, real estate, healthcare, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, Designated Zone rules, and Customs regulations for both mainland and free-zone entities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and apply UAE tax laws, including Customs and import/export procedures, to ensure full compliance.
  • Prepare and file VAT & Excise tax returns in line with FTA regulations.
  • Manage tax submissions, amendments, registrations, and de-registrations.
  • Maintain a tax tracker to ensure all filings are completed on time.
  • Keep management and the finance team updated on laws and regulations issued by the FTA and MoF.
  • Assist in tax calculations, qualifying income reviews, and preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
  • Support FTA audits, reconciliations, and submission of required supporting documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in accounting or finance with 2–3 years of UAE tax experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamic and SAP) and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Having ACCA, CPA, CA, (Part Qualification) or UAE Tax Diploma certification is a plus.
