Data Integrity & Process Control: Establish and maintain rigorous reconciliation procedures to ensure perfect alignment between records in the tax filing systems and the corporate ERP system. Implement and monitor controls to verify the consistency of all sales orders with sales invoices and all expense entries with supporting invoices.
Tax Audit Management & Documentation: Serve as the primary point of contact for all tax audits, inquiries, and inspections. Develop and maintain a comprehensive, well-organized system for all tax-related documents, records, and analysis to enable immediate response to information requests from tax authorities.
Relationship Management & Policy Monitoring: Proactively cultivate and maintain positive, professional relationships with tax authorities and external tax advisory firms. Monitor, interpret, and communicate new tax laws, regulations, and policies to relevant internal departments, and conduct training sessions to ensure company-wide understanding and compliance.
Risk Management & Process Improvement: Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate potential tax risks across the organization. Drive improvements in tax-related processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control

Technical Knowledge: In-depth, practical knowledge of all major tax types and their associated compliance workflows.
Must be thoroughly familiar with the entire tax inspection process and the specific requirements and expectations of Egypt tax authorities.
A proven track record and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain excellent communication channels and a strong professional relationship with the Tax Bureau.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a control-oriented mindset.
