Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Specific Accountabilities:

- Participate in the preparation and timely filing of all tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.).

- Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.

- Support tax planning and optimization initiatives.

- Coordinate with tax authorities' about inquiries and audits.

- Ensure full compliance with local, regional, and international tax regulations and reporting standards.

- Assist in ensuring accurate calculation and timely payment of tax liabilities.

- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments.

- Support the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to optimize the company s tax position while ensuring compliance.

- coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities on tax matters.

- Support tax audits and assessments, including gathering documentation, preparing responses, and resolving issues.

- Analyze and interpret financial data related to tax to identify risks or areas for improvement.

- Prepare tax provisions and disclosures required for financial reporting in coordination with the accounting team.

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate tax records, files, and supporting documentation.

- Contribute to internal process improvements and automation initiatives related to tax workflows and compliance tracking.

- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or any related field.

Relevant Professional Certification (CPA/CA/ CMA) is an advantage.

Tax-specific certifications or training (e.g., Diploma in Taxation, VAT certification) are an advantage.

Experience & Skills:

+3 years of experience in accounting or any related field.

Experience in preparing and reviewing corporate tax filings and handling tax audits.

Exposure to both direct and indirect tax regulations.

Knowledge of Financial Analysis.

Administrative Skills.

Financial Statement Analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or any related field.

Relevant Professional Certification (CPA/CA/ CMA) is an advantage.

Tax-specific certifications or training (e.g., Diploma in Taxation, VAT certification) are an advantage.
