Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance, fostering their academic and emotional growth.
  • Facilitate small group activities that encourage collaboration and enhance students' problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor classroom behavior and implement behavioral management strategies, contributing to a respectful and productive learning environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of an associate degree in education or a related field is preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge in teaching practices.
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally 1-2 years, showcasing a commitment to fostering student growth.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR, ensuring the safety and well-being of students in emergency situations.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in English, with additional language skills being a strong advantage for diverse classroom settings.
