Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Work closely with lead teachers to support classroom management and daily nursery operations.
• Assist in managing classroom environment: keep it clean, organized, and safe.
• Support children with meals, nap times, restroom breaks, and hygiene.
• Help with daily activities, play time, and early-learning tasks guided by lead teacher.
• Observe and support children’s emotional and developmental needs; report any concerns accordingly.
• Assist with classroom preparation and cleanup, maintain nursery hygiene and safety.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Diploma or relevant early-childhood / childcare education qualification(MOFA attested).
• At least 2 years of experience working with young children or in a nursery/school setting.
• Warm, caring and friendly demeanour; ability to empathize with children’s emotions and needs.
• Good communication skills, patience, and teamwork capacity.
