Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times

  2. Assist in daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap time

  3. Support early childhood development through play-based learning and activities

  4. Help children develop social skills, communication, and positive behavior

  5. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized nursery environment

  6. Assist teachers with classroom preparation and activities

  7. Observe and report children’s progress or concerns to supervisors

  8. Follow nursery policies, health, and safety regulations

  9. Comfort and care for children when they are upset or unwell

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or nursery work

  2. Basic knowledge of child development and early years care

  3. First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)

  4. Patience, kindness, and strong communication skills

  5. Ability to work as part of a team

  6. Physically fit and able to handle active children

  7. Relevant certification in childcare or education (high school minimum)
