Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and delivering a year-long curriculum focused on pedagogy, teaching strategies, classroom management, and assessment practices.
- Facilitating workshops, seminars, and practical teaching experiences.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure course objectives align with broader educational standards and institutional goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Master s degree or higher in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Teacher Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience
- Expertise in pedagogy, curriculum design, and instructional strategies.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to design and implement assessments that measure teaching competency.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
- Capacity to inspire and motivate students while fostering a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a year-long course schedule effectively.
