Roles & Responsibilities
Most teachers stand in front of a classroom.
You will sit inside a real company — with 100+ active business tenants, real contracts, real cash flow — and guide 12–13 year olds through it. Every. Single. Day.
No whiteboard. No textbook exercises. No simulated business games.
We are building something that does not exist anywhere in the world: a full-time education program where children spend their mornings on Cambridge IGCSE online school and their afternoons working inside a real industrial real estate business in Ajman, UAE.
Your job is not to teach theory. Your job is to make a 13-year-old understand why a cash flow statement matters — by showing them the real one.
What we are looking for: Someone who has lived in the real world before entering education. Or someone who never fully left it. You understand business basics. You speak to young people in a way that clicks. You don't need a script — you need curiosity and structure.

Desired Candidate Profile
Not a traditional teacher. Not a business consultant. Someone who sits comfortably between both worlds – and thrives without a script.
Must-Have – Non-Negotiable
1. Live teaching experience with ages 12–16 You have worked with young people in this age group and know how to hold their attention without threats or grades as pressure tools.
2. Comfort without structure There is no ready-made curriculum handed to you. You are expected to contribute to building it. If that excites you, read on. If it concerns you, this role is not for you.
3. Real-world curiosity You genuinely want to understand how businesses work – not because it is in the job description, but because it interests you as a person.
4. English fluency All teaching and communication is in English.
Strong Advantage
Cambridge IGCSE / A-Level / IB experience
Background in Mathematics, Business Studies, Economics or Accounting
Previous experience outside of education – in business, operations, sales or similar
Ability to work independently and manage your own time without supervision
Familiarity with AI tools – Claude, ChatGPT or similar
What this role is not
Not a school with 30 students in a classroom
Not a role with a ready syllabus and weekly lesson plans handed to you
Not for someone who needs a teachers' lounge and a bell system to function
What this role is
You sit inside a real company every day. Five children. One teacher. One hundred real businesses within five kilometres. Your job is to make the morning school block run smoothly – and guide the children through the business world in the afternoon.
