Job Requirements

PROFILE

Formation:

Bac +4/+5 level diploma in French as a Foreign Language or diploma or DAEFLE or equivalent diploma in the field of French teaching or with confirmed experience.

Valid DELF/DALF examiner-corrector accreditation highly recommended

All references are subject to verification.

Experiment:

Minimum 2 years in teaching FLE, FOS and FOU or similar experience.

Participation in the development of educational frameworks and the design of training programs

Taking on administrative tasks within an alliance, an institute or a language school would be a plus.

Desired knowledge

Good command of teaching FLE, FOS and FOU

Good command of digital education and common office software

Very good general knowledge

Proven pedagogical competence

Perfect command of the French language, both oral and written

Excellent knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)

Knowledge of the local context and neighborhoods of Casablanca

Know-how:

Mobility is essential on all teaching sites.

Assessment of the expectations and needs of the audiences concerned.

Mastery of educational tools adapted to the audiences concerned.

Mastery of information technologies and their integration into educational production.

Aptitude for pedagogical innovation (monitoring, monitoring, experience).
