Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education (with specialization in the assigned area of responsibility)

2+ year of experience in the field.

Previous experience in the UAE preferred.

Knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, student learning, management of student behavior, teaching and learning strategies.

Subject specific knowledge.

Skills, including behavior management, conflict management, and lesson planning.

Relationship management skills with colleagues, parents and students.

Communication skills and ability to adapt to all levels.

Organizational Skills.

Change Management Skills.
