Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive online lectures, seminars, and tutorials to undergraduate and/or graduate students.
Develop, update, and maintain course materials, syllabi, and assessments in alignment with academic standards.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and examinations.
Facilitate virtual discussions, group work, and collaborative learning activities to enhance student engagement.
Mentor and advise students on academic progress, research projects, and career development.
Utilize digital tools and learning management systems to track student performance and manage course content.
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues and academic staff to ensure consistency and quality across courses.
Conduct and support online assessments, grading, and academic evaluations.
Stay current with advancements in educational technology and best practices in online teaching.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of relevant teaching or academic experience.
Proven ability to deliver instruction in an online or remote learning environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting.
Proficiency with online learning platforms and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
Adaptability to evolving educational technologies and methodologies.
