Roles & Responsibilities
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or a recognized Teaching Qualification
(Preferred as per ADEK requirements)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar classroom support role in a school setting (mandatory)
Experience supporting students academically, socially, and behaviorally in the classroom
Ability to work collaboratively with class teachers and support intervention programs
Strong classroom management and student supervision skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Must be available to join on 05 January 2026 (no later start dates)
