Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our esteemed institution as TGT, and PGT teachers across various subjects. The ideal candidates should possess excellent teaching skills, subject knowledge, and the ability to inspire and engage students in an interactive learning environment.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements.

  • Create an engaging and positive learning environment for students.

  • Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and feedback.

  • Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student understanding.

  • Maintain discipline and foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment.

  • Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and extracurricular activities.

  • Collaborate with parents and school administration for student development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • For TGT : Essential:

  1. Four years’ integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Or

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. The elective subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects as under:

a. For TGT (Arts & Craft/Fine Arts): Equivalent recognized degree like BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) of Five years recognized diploma in drawing and Painting/Sculpture/Graphic Art.

b. For TGT (Music): Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in vocal/instrumental Music as a major / elective subject.

c. For TGT (Social Science): Any two of the following:

History, Geography, Economics & Political Science of which one must be Geography

  1. B.Ed or Equivalent degree from recognized University

  • For PGT: Essential:

  1. Two years’ Integrated Post Graduate Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject;

Or

A Post-Graduate in concerned subject with at least 45% marks from a recognized university and a B.Ed from recognized institution as per NCTE Regulation notified on 10.12.2007.

Or

Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects:

  • PGT (Physical Education) - (M. P. Ed. or Master of Physical Education (MPE) or M. Sc. In Health & Physical Education and Degree in Sports with at least 55% marks as per NCTE recognition norms & procedure

Proficiency in teaching in English Medium

Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application
