Industrial Services & Cybersecurity

This applies to the functional safety of industrial plants in an era of rapidly increasing interconnectivity of components and machines the keyword being Operational Technology Security as well as to energy generation, utilization, and distribution, infrastructure, and network expansion.

- Pressure Equipment & Plant Engineering: Inspection, testing, and certification services focusing on pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and piping systems.
- Elevators & Conveyor Technology: Inspection, testing, and certification services for elevators, conveyor belts, escalators, cranes, and machinery.
- Electrical & Building Technology: Evaluation, inspection, testing, and certification services for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Industrial Inspection & Material Testing: Comprehensive inspection and testing services for industrial facilities and their materials.
- Infrastructure & Project Management: Project and construction supervision as well as integrated services for infrastructure projects.
- Energy & Environment: Technical support, certification, and testing for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
- Cybersecurity & Functional Safety: Testing and certification services for industrial automation, IT, and OT security solutions.
Job Description
- Tracking all project/operations metrics - the number of inspection calls (POs) received, inspections done, reports issued, invoices issued, receivables etc. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Business Field Manager Creating and updating electronic forms and spreadsheets. Invoicing & updating registers. Certificates/ Reports Database management Reports follow up and submission to client in close coordination with inspectors. Selects and assigns inspectors as per instruction received from Business Field Manager. Prepares, issues and administers inspection assignments providing guidance and direction to assigned inspectors. Comply and ensure implementation of the companys and the customers Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
- Formal Content (non-technical) Reviews and distributes inspection reports to clients.
- Coordinates with client for the requirements for inspection and witnessing and communicates with inspectors, confirms back attendance, where necessary.
- Achieve individual KPIs set by the Business Field Manager.
- Responsibility to ensure the processing of inspection notifications received from clients (internal & external).
- Support on credit collections by contacting the clients to resolve any issues, if required by Business Field Manager
- Responsible for maintenance of inspection & test equipment and its calibration monitoring.
- Maintain an active role in the identification of opportunities for improvement in the Companys Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems and assist in the implementation of these improvements within but not limited to the scope of work and activities & also achieve the Health, Safety & Environmental Objectives for the year
- Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
- Comply and ensure implementation of the companys and the customers Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.Ensures the execution of the team s strategy and objectives by coordinating the distribution of operative and administrative tasks within the team.
- Communicates team relevant information, instructions and objectives to members transparently, is open to give and receive feedback.
- Oversees team member s work regarding the quality and alignment with the Group s objectives and guidelines.
- Provides support to team members in executing the local day-to-day business and acts as the first point of contact for technical questions and advice.
- Responsible for setting priorities in daily business within the team, planning of presence and absence.
- Responsible for coordinating and providing appropriate training measures to new and existing team members, if needed.
- Contributes to achieve efficient and economical performance of the team in accordance with operating budgets, year-end goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
