Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

What s on Your Plate?

  • Develop and execute communication campaigns.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, collect data, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and lead rider engagement initiatives, emphasizing our value proposition, ensuring we remain the top choice for riders in the market.
  • Organize and facilitate recurring Rider Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to gather in-depth insights and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Central teams to implement rider engagement strategies, exchange insights, and jointly drive initiatives.
  • Maintain and update local & regional comms calendars and engagement calendars. Qualifications

What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience is required.
  • Proficiency in designing in Canva is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Tweety or similar Communication management software is preferred.
  • Demonstrated Experience in organizing and executing engagement activities/events.
