Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Sales Admin team, assign and monitor tasks, ensure timely delivery, and provide ongoing coaching to build a culture of accuracy, ownership, and customer focus.
- Oversee vendor and contract processes, including new contract creation, updates, extensions, terminations, annex preparation, and accurate bank detail management.
- Manage tablet and SIM operations, including collections, replacements, SIM requests, activations, and coordination with IMU for stock and issue resolution.
- Support partner activation by coordinating with Sales and related teams, managing switches and new setups, and ensuring fast, proactive handling of all partner admin requests.
- Ensure data accuracy, identify and improve process gaps, standardize Sales Admin operations across regions, and support centralized operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Restaurant Operations, IMU, and Sales Operations leadership to ensure a smooth partner journey and support key projects, including reachability, missing branches, price disparity, ESR validation, NPS, churn validation, and DLD/DLP monitoring.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
