Roles & Responsibilities

Report to : Chief Executive Officer Department : Strategy and Business reporting Role Purpose: Lead and direct the development, execution, and continuous monitoring of ASAAS corporate strategy, business plans, and enterprise performance management framework. Ensure effective alignment between strategic objectives, Balanced Scorecard performance measures, business initiatives, and organizational outcomes while driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and datadriven decision-making across ASAAS. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Design Lead the formulation of annual, short-term, and long-term strategy and strategic objectives for ASAAS. Collaborate with the Finance department in formulating the detailed Business Plan for ASAAS and ensure alignment with the corporate strategy. Strategy Execution and Monitoring Lead the development of the corporate and departments Balanced Scorecard. Lead the design of strategic initiatives/projects in line with the corporate strategy. Lead the cascading process of corporate BSC to departmental level in collaboration with the department line managers. Provide advice about cascading techniques to HR team for developing individual KPIs when needed. Ensure efficient and effective record of BSC data through BSC professional software OR MS Excel. Lead the preparation and development of relevant dashboards to present performance effectively. Provide continuous Monitoring for Corporate & departments performance against the set targets. Conduct periodic performance review meeting for management to present corporate and departments BSC departments results and provide feedback for any course correction needed. Prepare and present periodic report of corporate BSC performance to BOD level. Working Proactively and cooperatively with Risk & Compliance team in identifying corporate risks and outline mitigation strategies overcome roadblocks and initiate revision in plan. Business Excellence Work as a custodian and facilitator for improving business processes initiative including managing communication, and feedback with stakeholders while ensuring objectives are achieved. Facilitate the proper implementation of approved processes in cooperation with company s department. Working cooperatively with HR Team to foster a culture of learning and excellence within the team and across the organization by encouraging and initiatives and share knowledge. MIS Reporting Lead the preparation of MIS reports that need to be shared with board of directors and relevant stakeholders to enable decision making process. Communication Working cooperatively with Corporate Communication Team to communicate the corporate strategy and Performance update information to the staff on regular basis. Additional Tasks Manage and facilitate the weekly meeting with the department s heads, summarize the inputs and create overall brief reports. Perform other duties related to CEO Office as assigned based on needs. Team Management Provide inputs to the department s workforce plan to ensure the availability of right resources in coordination with the HR & Admin department. Set objectives for the department and manage their performance in an effective manner. Mentor, coach, motivate and challenge direct reports providing opportunities for learning and development in association with the HR & Admin department. Key Performance Indicators Timely creation of the ASAAS business strategy Quality of inputs given for business plan Time submission of balance scorecard, overall and departmental KPIs Timely submission of corporate performance report to the management Number of strategic initiatives & business process enhancement completed within timeline. Number of compliance risks identifi ed and closed in timely manner

Desired Candidate Profile

Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant field Preferred master's degree in business administration, Strategy Management, Finance.
