Roles & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure communication with suppliers and accountants regarding payments

  • Verify and validate the suppliers' bank details

  • Prepare the financial statements as requested by the suppliers

  • Maintaining smooth communication with the team and sales departments to ensure consistency of information and proper invoice recording.

  • Monitor invoice-related disputes and ensure compliance with confidentiality rules.

  • Manage exchanges with internal clients regarding payment status

  • Achieve the team's monthly objectives (KPIs) and manage internal projects

  • Facilitating team meetings and implementing continuous improvement actions

  • To propose initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives

Customer and supplier relations

  • Strengthen business partnerships with internal and external clients

  • Managing conflicts and ensuring smooth relationships with customers and suppliers

Reporting

  • prepare weekly activity reports for management

Team management

  • To supervise, support and develop the skills of a team of 6-7 employees

  • Participate in the recruitment and integration of new members

  • To foster cooperation, anticipate difficulties and promote a positive work environment

  • To be a role model for leadership, to encourage continuous learning, and to manage conflicts when necessary.

  • to evaluate individual performance and define personalized development plans

  • Use HR tools and participate in internal company events

Decision-making

  • To react quickly and effectively to unforeseen events and operational obstacles

Desired Candidate Profile

University degree

Mastery of French (level B2-C1) and English (level B2-C1)

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook

Leadership and ability to manage a team

Sense of organization, rigor and prioritization

Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills

Analytical skills, autonomy and results-oriented

Ability to solve problems and adapt to change
