Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise on-site civil engineering teams to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.
Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction processes.
Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve site issues.
Monitor resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize site productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential risks, defects, or delays.
Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and quality control records.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel.
Mentor and train junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and updates on site progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil site engineering, with proven leadership responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise on-site engineering teams.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple site activities.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project documentation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and stakeholder management.
Solid problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges promptly.
Experience with safety management and compliance on construction sites.
Ability to work full-time on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
Track record of delivering projects within deadlines and quality benchmarks.
