We are seeking for below positions:

Skilled and hands-on working knowledge with proven experience in the events and exhibition industry. This dual-role position combines expert technical carpentry skills with leadership and on-site coordination responsibilities. You will be responsible for leading a team in the fabrication, assembly, and on-site of custom-built, assembly, installation of Exhibition stands and temporary custom structures, props, and installations such as MDF walls, Structure, backdrops, related setups, platforms, and props for various exhibitions and events such as concerts, trade shows, festivals, and other special occasions, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. The key responsibilities include:

• Supervise and lead a team of carpenters on workshop and on-site assignments.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD plans, and build specifications accurately.

• Recommend and select suitable materials (wood, laminates, MDF, acrylics, metals, fabrics, etc.)

based on project needs, durability, weight, and cost.

• Oversee on-site stand installation and dismantling within project timelines.

• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other trades (electrical, graphics, etc.) to ensure

smooth execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.

• Monitor materials usage, reduce waste, and report inventory needs.

• Solve on-site problems with quick, practical solutions.

• Mentor and train junior carpenters and ensure adherence to best practices at the worksite.
