Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the delivery of individual and team targets for acquisition targets in consumer segment.
- Responsible for preparing route plan for team members and ensuring team s compliance to the plan.
- Increasing revenue by up-selling additional bundle & plans.
- Ensuring Stock Availability
- Closing deals and maintaining dealer relationships
- Promoting new products and services through dealers outlets
- Achieving sales targets that meet or exceed expectations.
- Coordination with other departments as necessary to facilitate dealer satisfaction.
- Keeping the sales force engaged and motivated to get the best results.
- Expanding the reach
- Ensuring Compliance RRMC & TDRA
Qualifications
- Pre-University (+2) or above
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar field
Skills
- Excellent selling/cross-selling/up-selling skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- High standard of Telecommunication Products & Service knowledge
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Desired Candidate Profile
