About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Engineering Team in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:



  • Implement and oversee planned maintenance programs for plant, equipment, and guest rooms.
  • Conduct training sessions, including induction, health & safety, and SOP compliance.
  • Supervise and direct colleagues, ensuring efficiency and service promptness.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and coordinate with contractors for cost-effective repairs.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and training records, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Manage requisitions and purchase requests according to procedures.


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Team Leader or Senior Technician role in a 5-star hotel setting.
  • Experienced in computer-based planned preventative systems.
  • Good level of English language and solid communication skills.
