Roles & Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams for multiple projects

  • Motivates team and implement economical and practical formwork solutions to mee the team and company objectives
  • Conduct advanced static calculations
  • Produce and/or approve material lists, offer drawings and shop drawings
  • Supervise project deadlines/milestones
  • Assist the Sales Team/MEA countries in client presentations or for project site support
  • Advise Formwork Instructor in regard to technical problems/issues that arise on site
  • Provide strong leadership and actively promotes engineering trainings/development for engineering staff
  • Coordinate availability of engineering staff with Engineering Manager
  • Ensure that policies, procedures, programms and standards of performance an compliance are adhered to.
  • Monitor adherence to contractual guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification

  • Knowledge of CAD & Project Management tools
  • Significant knowledge of and passion for formwork systems
  • Solid experience in the formwork industry, ideally within the MEA region
  • Good English & communication skills on all levels
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Committed and engaged personality with the will to succeed
  • A high level in leadership skills
  • Motivation to improve knowledge
  • Willingness to work overtime if required.
  • Previous Doka Experience
