Team Leader F&B White Crescent Cafe

The F&B Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and leading the team to deliver a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet (service, hygiene, staff coordination)

• Lead and supervise service staff, including waiters, helpers, and kitchen support

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally

• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift planning

• Train new employees and guide team members to improve performance

• Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and municipality regulations

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control

• Support in achieving sales targets and controlling costs

Requirements

• Proven experience in food & beverage operations (2–4 years preferred)

• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to handle pressure during busy hours

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling

• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards

• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
