- Supervise and lead a team of guest service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor team performance and create strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, policies, and procedures
