Position Overview
Atlantis The Royal is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Team Leader, Housekeeping to oversee daily housekeeping operations within guest rooms and corridors. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service delivery while supervising and guiding housekeeping attendants to uphold the resort s world-class hospitality standards. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and pristine environment that reflects the luxury and elegance of Atlantis The Royal.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise, direct, and assist room attendants in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.
* Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet resort standards.
* Ensure timely completion of all housekeeping tasks and manage work schedules efficiently.
* Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering teams to address maintenance or guest-related concerns.
* Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to health and safety procedures.
* Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.
* Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and resort cleanliness at all times.
* Assist in managing lost and found procedures, guest requests, and housekeeping reports.
* Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service delivery.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management preferred.
* Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a luxury or 5-star hotel.
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* Computer literate with experience using housekeeping or hotel management systems.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
