Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, direct, and assist room attendants in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet resort standards.
- Ensure timely completion of all housekeeping tasks and manage work schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering teams to address maintenance or guest-related concerns.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and resort cleanliness at all times.
- Assist in managing lost and found procedures, guest requests, and housekeeping reports.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a luxury or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Computer literate with experience using housekeeping or hotel management systems.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
