Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, direct, and assist room attendants in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet resort standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of all housekeeping tasks and manage work schedules efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering teams to address maintenance or guest-related concerns.
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to health and safety procedures.
  • Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and resort cleanliness at all times.
  • Assist in managing lost and found procedures, guest requests, and housekeeping reports.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a luxury or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Computer literate with experience using housekeeping or hotel management systems.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
