Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise the HSEE team, providing coaching and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement and professional development
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSEE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace hazards and implement appropriate control measures
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws, environmental regulations, and international HSEE standards (ISO 45001, OHSAS, etc.)
- Monitor energy consumption and environmental impact, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives
- Maintain accurate HSEE documentation, records, and databases in compliance with regulatory requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HSEE or occupational health and safety management
- Proven experience leading and managing HSEE teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws, environmental regulations, and international HSEE standards
- Expertise in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation methodologies
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HSEE programs, policies, and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
