Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect / interior designer Team Leader to join our team. The Designer will be responsible for understanding clients' design needs and creating designs that meet their requirements .

Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative design concepts for projects .
  • Prepare all design plans for presentation to clients .
  • Create 3D/2D models and renderings to help clients visualize designs .
  • Provide interior design mode board and concept and deliver it with high-end rendering .
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation .
  • Prepare project documents ( project design drawings, BOQ, etc.) .
  • Set project estimates according to budget .
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and work under tight deadlines .
  • Teamwork abilities and working collaboratively with staff members .

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Gender: Any .
  • BSc/MA degree in Architecture / Interior Design .
  • Experience from 6 to 12 years .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and 3d visualization.
  • Proficiency in Related Programs AutoCAD , 3d max , Photoshop ,MS Office .
  • Experience in work of BOQ .
  • Highly aware Materials Types & Specifications .
  • Mastering in shop drawings and techniques of Finishing works .
  • Preferable from (Rehab city or nearby) residence .
