Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Ensure punctual deliveries to customers
o Plan the batch load in line with the batch capacity and the skills of the operators
o Ensure that all the means necessary to carry out the manufacturing program are available to the operators
o Alert the line manager in the event of a load deviation (overload or underload) compared to the available potential and define the means or actions to be implemented
o Participate in the definition of the material and human resources to be implemented to guarantee the objectives set
o Guarantee compliance with the TAT in the processing of 0 hours in relation to the IQP
Guarantee the quality of the products manufactured in the batch
o Ensure compliance with the manufacturing file and procedures
o Monitor the proper maintenance of records
o Manage quality improvement actions in collaboration with the RUAP and the IQP
Manage the Productivity improvement actions
o Monitor range times
o Control the margin of manufacturing hours on the OFs
o Analyze the causes of exceeding range times and propose corrective actions
o Propose improvements aimed at reducing manufacturing costs o Monitor industrial deviations
o Monitor the extension of the OFs
Maintain a high-performing team and keep it motivated
o Lead information meetings
o Develop versatility within the batch
o Prepare and carry out annual interviews for operators
o Monitor personnel management (leave, absenteeism, schedule, training)
o Ensure the hygiene and safety of operators, ensure compliance with provisions relating to environmental protection
o Guarantee compliance with HSE requirements
o Be the guarantor of compliance with IGP, Risk Analysis and Ergonomics standards and manage the plans of actions allowing the maintenance at the GOLD level of these three standards
Guarantor of QRC level 1
o Lead the QRQC level 1 meeting
o Lead the daily QRAP review
o Elevate the QRAP actions to QRQC level 2 according to the established standards
Lead the dynamic Participatory Innovation within his team
Job Requirements
Bac +3/4 with 3 years' experience in an equivalent position
