Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents.
Set targets and ensure sales goals are met.
Train and coach team members.
Manage client relationships and attend property meetings.
Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
3 5 years in real estate sales, 1 2 years in leadership.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
