Job Description:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our esteemed real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a drive for success. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding and motivating our sales team to achieve outstanding results and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated and supported.
• Maintain precise records of team activities, sales metrics, and client interactions within our CRM system.
• Stay abreast of current real estate market trends, listings, and promotional activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Preferably, previous experience in real estate sales, team leadership, or sales management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing performance objectives.
• High school diploma is mandatory; additional training or coursework in sales/marketing or leadership is advantageous.
• Age Limit: 25-40
