You will play a key role in structuring the team , implementing quality standards and providing operational support to employees .
The intersection of the roles of coach, supervisor and referent, you are the driving force behind collective performance and customer satisfaction.
- Managing the activity , monitoring performance, implementing action plans, reporting.
- Supervise and support : integration of new advisors, close coaching, daily facilitation, management of complex situations.
- To foster and establish a team dynamic : creation of a common culture, maintenance of a climate of trust and commitment.
- Ensuring quality and compliance : transmission of good practices, application of procedures, monitoring of customer feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience
- You enjoy the challenges of launches and have already contributed to setup or ramp-up projects .
- You are proficient in office tools (Excel, Office suite) and have a good understanding of rational operational KPIs .
- Leadership, rigor, analytical skills and a hands-on approach are your major strengths.
- You are results-oriented, while also knowing how to get your teams involved in collective success.
