Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Team Leader, you play a central role in the performance and cohesion of your team, focusing on three major areas:
Mentoring and developing your team:
You coach employees on a daily basis, encourage their skills development, and create a positive and motivating dynamic. Your leadership fosters engagement and collective success.
Manage the activity rigorously:
You monitor performance indicators, ensure compliance with processes and guarantee a quality service, in line with the operational objectives of the project.
To anticipate and address the needs on the ground: You maintain fluid communication, encourage team spirit, identify levers for improvement and adapt the organization to respond effectively to daily challenges.
Dutch language required:
