Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient center management.
Implement and monitor customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive sales and revenue management initiatives to achieve business targets.
Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver high-quality service.
Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.

Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English communication is mandatory.
Valid UAE Driving License is required.
Proven experience within Leisure, Entertainment, Edutainment, Hospitality and Retail.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
