Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage a team of Merchandisers, ensuring POP excellence at all time, achieving business KPI’s of Availability, Visibility, Stock freshness and on shelves pricing as per brand guidelines.



  • To deliver on targeted monthly Brand wise Volume/Value and distribution targets for his team/territory

  • To maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt & efficient customer service at all the times

  • Participate in all team-working and be an effective team-player at all times

  • To achieve set KPIs on Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms)

  • Implement of all the Events execution, NPI’s and Trade promotions as the brand guidelines within agreed timelines

  • Control and manage the trade returns and bad goods as per guidelines

  • Manage all the trade spends within the limits and timelines.

•75% time spend in trade, working with the team as well as independent trade audits to measure execution

  • To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate POP excellence

  • 100 % Compliance with BDA’s in all the territories

  • Seamless communication with all internal stake holders

  • Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends

  • To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc)

Desired Candidate Profile

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE

  1. Minimum 1 years of local UAE experience in Similar role in FMCG industry or 3 years’ experience in a related role in FMCG, with potential to develop into a solid performer

  2. University degree

  3. Good communication skills (particularly Listening) in English, Hindi.

5)Proficient in MS office (Excel, word, Power point).

  1. UAE driving license

  2. Open to be relocated within UAE

  3. Basic people Management Skills
